OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIVING at Danebod Lutheran Church Thank you for considering a personal contribution or a contribution in honor on in memory of a loved one. DESIGNATED GIFTS Danebod Lutheran Building Complex (Danebod Church, Danebod Parsonage, Danebod Folk School, Danebod Gym Hall, And Danebod Stone Hall) Gifts will be used to preserve the history and traditions at the Complex. Danebod Programs and Projects Gifts may be designated to enhance, foster and strengthen the activities of the Danebod church. Examples of funds include music programs such as choir or hand bells, youth programs such as three-day camp or the scholarship fund, and the flower fun. Danebod Cemetery Danebod Cemetery is chosen by many families (member and nonmembers of Danebod Lutheran Church) when cemetery plots are needed. Since costs to maintain the cemetery continue to grow, additional financial support is needed to sustain the cemetery Fund. With the permission of the benefactor, five percent of designated gifts will be credited to the Danebod Evangelical Church Foundation. DESIGNATED GIFTS Danebod Evangelical Church Foundation. The objective of the Foundation is to establish a fund, open to all contributions, to maintain the Danebod Complex, or to be used for special projects and capital improvements. Vesting is required before any distribution can be realized. At the time the vesting amount of $100,000 is realized, 75% of the income can be allocated on an annual basis and be used for the intended purposed of the fun. When the foundation account balance reaches $500,000 in assets, 100% of the income can be allocated. Your tax deductible contribution to the Danbod Evangelical Church Foundation will help to insure a place for the spiritual and community needs of future generation. Financial assets of the Foundation are managed by Jorgensen Financial Services, Tyler, MN 507-247-5588 UNDESIGNATED GIFTS Undesignated gifts are appreciated and will be used by the Church Council an needed. Five percent of undesignated gifts will be placed in the Danebod Evangelical Church Foundation Fund.
